Institutional transformation of the food security agency: perspectives on the management of Toko Tani Indonesia program in Central Java

Abstract Food security is a condition for the fulfillment of food state to individuals. One government’s efforts in achieving resilience implemented through Toko Tani Indonesia (TTI) program which plays role summarizing supply chain. This study aims analyze evaluation implementation, as well responses institutional changes sustainability TTI. The key informants research were 13 people from Service (Province, Semarang City, Grobogan Regency, and Sukoharjo), farmer associations (Gapoktan), Data analysis using Miles-Huberman technique. results show that implementation TTI went only 2016-2020, because 2021 there was change institutions Security Agency National so number decreased. very useful meeting needs community, an needed equitable distribution profits all chain actors price targeted by government cannot cover management costs.
